Foyle Area (Oyster Logbook and Identification Tagging) Regulations 2008 (S.R. No. 301 of 2008).

These Regulations provide rules relative to the tagging of oyster bags in the Foyle Area. Tags shall be approved by the Foyle, Carlingford and Irish Lights Commission. The Regulations shall not apply to holders of specified aquaculture licences. The Regulations also require the Commission to issue an oyster fishing logbook to the holder of an oyster fishing licence and requires holders to maintain and return such logbooks to the Commission.
