The present Law lays down provisions relating to the position of vine yards. The Minister for Rural Space is responsible for the fixing of vine yards and their naming as well as for the keeping of a vineyard cadastre. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Positions and borders (I); Modification of positions and borders (II); Final provisions (III).
