Public Contracts and Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007 (S.S.I. No. 565 of 2007).

These Regulations amend the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 in relation with threshold values as prescribed by Community legislation and amended from time to time.
