These Regulations may be cited as the Fishing Shelters (Regulation Management and Operation) (Amendment) Regulations of 2003 and shall be read as one with the Fishing Shelters (Regulation Management and Operation) Regulations, 1994 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fishing Shelters (Regulation Management and Operation) Regulations of 1994-2003. The present regulations carry forward amendments to certain sections of the principal Regulations. Sections 2, 5, 8, 10 and 12 of the principal Regulations are hereby amended. Also, a new section (16) and a Table regarding extrajudicial arrangement of offences are added to the principal Regulations.
