Regional Regulation No. 8 implementing article 12, paragraph 10 of Regional Act No. 2 of 2000 as regards the payment of the environmental fee.
This Regulation lays down provisions implementing Regional Act No. 2 of 2000 on quarries. These implementing provisions regulate the deadlines and way of payment of the environmental fee provided for in article 12 of the Act.
