These Regulations provide for the licensing and control of businesses or activities related to the maintenance of dairies. Procedures and requirements for obtaining a licence are set out in the text. The Regulations further provide for: licence fees; construction of dairy premises; disposal of effluent waste; prevention of infection or contamination of milk; restrictions on the use of milk from diseased animals; offences and penalties; etc.
