Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) (Implementation) (Amendment) Regulations, 2009 (L.N. 186 of 2009).

These provisions supplement the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) (Implementation) Regulations by inserting new regulation 6 on safety data sheets to be compiled by suppliers of the substances or a preparations covered by those Regulations.
