Commission Regulation (EC) No. 537/2009 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1235/2008, as regards the list of third countries from which certain agricultural products obtained by organic production must originate to be marketed within the Community.

This Regulation amends Annex III to Regulation (EC) No. 1235/2008, which lays down the list of third countries from which agricultural products obtained through organic methods may be marketed within the European Community. The Annex specifies the arrangements for imports from the countries listed therein.
