European Communities (Cereal Seed) (Amendment) Regulations, 2005 (S.I. No. 805 of 2005).

These Regulations implement the provisions of Council Directive 2004/117/EC amending Commission Directive 1999/54/EC. The amendments concern the marketing of cereal seed, the collection of fees and the marketing of heritage seed.
