The Government, in order to protect the consumers against commodities potentially dangerous to human life and environment, validates the list of commodities subject to compulsory certification for compliance with safety standards. Trade of commodities inserted in the List shall be authorized exclusively in the presence of certificate issued in accordance with the established form. The List contains agricultural commodities and foodstuffs.
