This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions of state registration of contracts on exclusive rights to selection achievements and transfer of such rights without contract. The following contracts regulating intellectual property rights to selection achievements shall be subject to mandatory state registration: (a) contract on transfer of exclusive right to selection achievements (transfer of patent); (b) contract on patent pledge; and (c) contract on concession of exclusive right to use selection achievement. The following documentation shall be submitted for state registration of contracts: (a) application; (b) recipe attesting payment of dues; (c) letter of authorization (in case of appearance by mandate); and (d) three copies of contract related to selection achievement.
