These Regulations prescribe rules for the safe drilling, produce, storage and handling of mineral oils by holders of leases or licences under the repealed Mineral Oils Act. Tanks shall be constructed in such a way that leakages into water shall be contained. The Regulations define offences and prescribes penalties for such offences.
