The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences in the field of nature protection according to the Nature Protection Law of 25 March 2002 (BGBl. I, p. 1193) and the Federal Variety Protection Ordinance of 16 February 2005 (BGBl. I p. 258, ber, p. 896). The text consists of 4 articles.
