This Ministerial Decree establishes safety requirements for transport of combustible, toxic and liquefied gases through pipelines. In case of impossibility of risk reduction under permissible level set in project documentation shall be envisaged a system of arrangements ensuring safety of human life, health and environment. In the process of projecting of pipelines shall be carried out environmental impact assessment (EIA) of possible environmental pollution, disturbance of fertile soil layer and vegetable cover.
