The present Regulation enacts the Greenhouse Gas Reduction (Cap and Trade) Act. For the purpose of the Regulation "continuous emissions monitoring system" or “CEMS” means the system required to obtain a continuous measurement of a gas concentration rate and emission rate from combustion or industrial processes. The text consists of 32 divided into 5 Parts as follows: Interpretation and application (1); Reporting greenhouse gas emission (2); Reporting requirements (3); Verification (4); General (5). Three Schedules are enclosed.
