Regulation amending the Regulation on the certification and merketing of cereal seed.

This Regulation amends the Regulation on certification and marketing of cereal seed. The amended articles 3 and 11 encloses provisions on the definition of the responsible Directorate General and seed certificates and reports on cereal seeds.
