This Ministerial Decree establishes that water supply and sewerage services to consumers shall be carried out continuously and without interruption. In case of potable water supply the priority shall be potable water supply to the population in requested quantities and of guaranteed quality. Water supply and sewerage services to the consumers without contract shall be prohibited. Effluent waste water discharged to sewerage system shall be previously treated.
