The present Regulations enact the Agricultural Crop Rotation Act. The Regulations lay down general issues concerning the implementation of the above-mentioned Act. In particular, section 2 establishes that the Minister shall provide an inspector with a certificate of appointment which the inspector shall produce on request during an inspection. The text – consisting of 9 sections – deals with the following aspects: certificate of appointment, management plan to be submitted for approval, approval of management plan, cancellation by Minister, deviation from management plan and permit and grower to maintain records.
