The present Regulations enact the Beverage Containers Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the implementation of various sections of the Act. In particular, section 3 lists beverages which are excluded from the definition of “beverage”. The text – consisting of 17 sections – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: interpretation and application, information required on beverage containers, licenses, operation of beverage container depots, collection by registered distributors, services of notices and sale of containers with connecting devices.
