The present Regulation enacts the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002. Section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that the areas described in the Schedules are specified as the designated waterfront area, for the purposes of the definition of “designated waterfront area” in section 1 of the Act.
