This Decision establishes specific measures for the application of the provisions of Ministerial Joint Decision No. 328609 in accordance with Council Regulations Nos. 1405/2006 and 1914/2006. Article 2 sets forth the specific terms of eligibility for producers in order to receive subsidies. Eligible products and quantities are specified in article 3. Submission of applications and the procedures of attendance are established in article 4. Audit procedures, reports and manner to submit objections are described in articles 5 and 6.
