Emergency Powers and Planning (Competent Authority) (Water) (Jersey) Act 1990.

This Act designates the Minister for Transport and Technical Services as the competent authority in relation to water for the purposes of article 9 of the Emergency Powers and Planning (Jersey) Law 1990. Article 9 defines powers of the competent authority in relation to water in case of an emergency.
