Decree No. 1545 of 2009 on arrival and exit notification and access to vessels, installations and facilities.

This Decree of the Department of Fisheries and Coast Protection requires vessels, including fishing vessels of more than 20 metres of total length, to report, on the basis of an IMO standard declaration, prior to arrival and landing to the relevant port administration.
