Commission Regulation (EU) No. 323/2011 establishing a prohibition of fishing for deep-sea sharks in EU and international waters of V, VI, VII, VIII and IX by vessels flying the flag of France.

Due to quota exhaustion, this Regulation prohibits fishing for deep-sea sharks in European Union and international waters of V, VI, VII, VIII and IX zones. The prohibition applies to fishing vessels flying the flag or registered in France.
