Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 351/2011 amending Regulation (EU) No. 297/2011 imposing special conditions governing the import of feed and food originating in or consigned from Japan following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power station.

This Regulation amends paragraphs 3 and 4 of article 2 of Regulation (EU) No. 351/2011. The amendments concern the conditions under which feed and food originating from the Japanese prefectures specified may be imported into the European Union. Annex I, which lays down the model of the declaration for the imports into the European Union, is replaced. Annex II (Maximum levels for foodstuffs) is inserted.
