Composting Targets (Definitions) (Wales) Order 2011 (W.S.I. No. 551 (W.77) of 2011).

This Order concerns established statutory targets for the recycling, preparation for re-use and composting of local authority’s municipal waste. This Order sets out the necessary and required methods for the recycling, preparation for re-use and composting of waste as prescribed by the Waste (Wales) Measure 2010.
