These Regulations make further provision for the registration, formation, operation and management of cooperative societies. The Regulations provide for: registration of cooperative societies; duties and obligations of cooperative societies; rights and liabilities of members; organization and management of cooperative societies; property and finds of cooperative societies; accounts and audit; disputes; amalgamation among cooperative societies; Cooperative Liquidation Account and Cooperative Central Fund; etc.
