Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 436/2011 amending Regulation (EC) No. 690/2008 recognising protected zones exposed to particular plant health risks in the Community.

This Regulation lays down some amendments to Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 690/2008. The Annex lays down the list of protected zones within the meaning of the first subparagraph of article 2(1)(h) of Directive 2000/29/EC, in respect of harmful organisms.
