This Presidential Decree establishes that Land Reclamation Fund subordinated to the Ministry of Finance shall have the status of state body accumulating purposeful financial resources allocated for the improvement of reclamation status of irrigated land and purchase of land reclamation equipment. The Fund shall be mainly financed form the State budget in the form of purposeful allocation of finances, preferential credits of international financial institutions and foreign banks, and also national and foreign grants. Finances of the Fund shall be used exclusively for the aforesaid purposes.
