These Regulations prescribe various fees for purposes of the Environmental Pollution (Waste Control and Disposal) Ordinance, 2010 and provide for a penalty for late payment of annual licence fee. Fees are prescribed for: application in relation to a licence for a waste transport operation; an application in relation to other waste operations other than transportation (e.g. storage or disposal of (special) waste); a licence for prescribed operations other than waste transport operations.
