The Order applies to the transmission, distribution, storage of natural gas transmission networks. Transmission companies shall ensure that plannings are laid out every 10 years to assess future energy needs. This information shall be submitted to the national Energy Agency for approval. This Law consists of 4 chapters: General provisions (1); Application of the transmission network (2); Planning and securing the necessary capacity (3); Appeals and entry into force (4).
