This Regulation prescribes the following procedure: a) sort of preliminary production areas of live bivalve molluscs, live echinoderms, live tunicates and live marine gastropods in microbiology classes; b) state veterinary inspector, a person authorized for the sampling of shellfish and official laboratories in the case of microbiological contamination and pollution with biotoxins in the areas of relaying and production areas for cultivation and harvesting shellfish. Veterinary Inspector in particular zone, immediately upon discovery, has to notify to the registered producers and gatherers, to the responsible person in an approved purification center, dispatch centers and authorized veterinary organizations.
