This Regulation, made under article 2, comma 1 of the State Ordinance on the Distribution of Medicines, indicates substances for parental use and certain stimulating substances destined for or also destined for animals as substances ("zelfstandigheden") mentioned in article 1, comma d, par. 4, of the State Ordinance.
