The present Decree establishes the qualifications and conditions required for physical or legal persons in order to sell plant-protection products. Article 1 to this Decree prescribes the qualifications of physical persons and the supporting documentation that they have to produce in order to start a commercial activity marketing plant-protection products, while article 2 deals with legal persons (including agricultural associations).
