Commission Regulation (EU) No. 101/2012 amending Council Regulation (EC) No. 338/97 on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora by regulating trade therein.

This Regulation amends Council Regulation (EC) No. 338/97 on trade in species of wild fauna and flora by replacing the text in the Annex, which lays down notes on interpretation of the Appendices to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
