European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 45 of 2012).

These Regulations amend the European Communities (Authorization, Placing on the Market, Use and Control of Plant Protection Products) Regulations 2003 by carrying into effect for Ireland the amendments to Annex I of Council Directive 91/414/EEC with regard to new or renewal of inclusion of specified substances that are pesticides.
