Federal Intellectual Property Service shall be federal executive body carrying out functions aimed at the protection of the interests of the state in the process of legal protection of intellectual property, appellations and places of origin of commodities. Federal Intellectual Property Service shall carry out the following plenary powers: (a) elaboration and validation of the registration proceedings for intellectual property objects and issuance of registration certificates; (b) elaboration and validation of the form of patent; (c) elaboration and validation of the form of certificate for appellation and place of origin of commodities; (d) publishes data on submitted applications for registration of intellectual property objects and contracts for exclusive use of intellectual property rights; (e) acceptance and examination of applications for registration of intellectual property rights.
