The present Ordinance implements the Salzburg Waste Management Law 1998 (LGBl. No. 35/1999). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the registration of domestic waste. The text consists of 6 articles as follows: Sphere of application and principles (1); Requirements for domestic waste containers (2); Use of domestic waste containers (3); Number and size of containers; frequency of emptying (4); Collection of bulky household waste (5); Entry into force (6).
