Regulation Designating the Wild Species Protected and Strictly Protected.

This Regulation defines "strictly protected" and "protected" wild species based on the Red list of threatened species of animals, plants, fungi on the Croatian territory, expert assessment of the State Institute for Nature Conservation and the obligations assumed under international treaties. The Annexes I-IV are an integral part of this Regulation.
