This Regional Decree establishes the modalities of artisanal and sport fishing by natural and legal persons for personal needs. The right to organize artisanal fishing shall be granted to natural and legal person on condition of observance of acting Russian legislation and this Regulation thereby. Artisanal fishing shall be authorized for natural persons in common general use waterbodies free of charge (or for payment of fees in case of artisanal fishing with nets in accordance with special permits). Artisanal and sport fishing in fishfarming waterbodies shall be carried out by natural persons in accordance with fishing permits (free of charge or for payment). The total number of fish hooks for one fisherman shall not exceed 10. Catch of crawfish shall be authorized for the period from 1 July to 1 October. Artisanal fishing in fishfarmig waterbodies shall be carried out in accordance with contracts. Fishing shall be prohibited everywhere form 1 April to 10 June.
