Commission Directive 2012/20/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include flufenoxuron as an active substance for product-type 8 in Annex I thereto.
This Directive supplements Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC by inserting a new entry concerning flufenoxuron and specifying minimum purity of the active substance in the biocidal product as placed on the market.
