Due to exhaustion of the allocated quota, this Regulation prohibits fishing for black scabbardfish in European Union and international waters of V, VI, VII and XII by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. Furthermore it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 3 August 2012.
