Food Additives (England) (Amendment) and the Extraction Solvents in Food (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2012 (S.I. No. 1155 of 2012).

These Regulations make various amendments to the Food Additives (England) Regulations 2009 to execute and enforce in England Commission Regulations (EU) Nos. 1129/2011, (EU) No. 1130/2011 and (EU) No. 231/2012 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008. These Regulations also amend, for Wales, the Extraction Solvents in Food Regulations 1993. The Regulations, among other things, amend the definitions of "permitted colour", "permitted sweetener" and "purity criteria".
