The present Decree implements the Law on spatial information in the Canton Aargau (Cantonal Spatial Information Law) of 24 May 2011. The present Decree applies to all fees being levied in application of the Federal Spatial Information Act (Spatial Information Act) of 5 October 2007. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fees for the use of geo-data (2); Fees for official survey (3); Administration fees (4); Final fees (5).
