This Decision approves the master plan on water supply of Ho Chi Minh City. The main objectives of the master plan are to: identify clean water demand; rationally exploit surface and groundwater sources; improve the quality of water supply services and assure water supply safety; modernize the clean water production, management and trading system; reduce clean water wastage; assure water quality in conformity with standards and technical regulations; etc.
