Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for mackerel in VIIIc, IX and X, European Union waters of CECAF 34.1.1 by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany. The prohibition applies as from 3 October 2012.
