Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 1235/2012 amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No. 669/2009 implementing Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the increased level of official controls on imports of certain feed and food of non-animal origin.

This Regulation amends Regulation No. 669/2009 by replacing the text in Annex I, which lays down the list of feed and food of non-animal origin subject to an increased level of official controls at the designated point of entry. The aim is to prevent the hazards caused by such products, which include Ochratoxin A, salmonella, aflatoxins and pesticide residues.
