The present Regulations enforce the Plant Protection Act (S.C. 1990, c. 22). In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to compensation payments for treatment of fruit trees against plum pox virus. One Schedule is enclosed. The enclosed Schedule lists compensation rates for tree disposition, soil preparation and replacement.
