This Act amends the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 by inserting new provisions to section 75(1) on the power of sale of mortgaged property and a new clause to section 131(2) on the rule making powers of the Government to provide for the manner, and terms and conditions for leasing out mortgaged land.
