Regulation amending the Regulation on the classification of ports open for public transport and ports for special use.

This Regulation cancels certain provisions prescribed by the article 2 of the Regulation on the classification of ports open for public transport and ports for special use (Official Gazette 110/04). The cancelled provisions are referred to the general definitions and technical terms used by the related Regulation.
